BBR + DDP induced G1-phase cell cycle arrest. OVCAR3 cells (a) and POCCLs (b) were treated with BBR (100 μM) and/or DDP (5 mg/L) for 24 h. The cell cycle was evaluated by flow cytometry using PI staining. The expression level of Cyclin D1 in BBR and/or DDP-treated cells was detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot (c).
